We\u2019re delighted to be bringing back our ladies-only Paul\u00e9e-style BYOB dinners in 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Across spring and autumn, our female Members can look forward to seasonal menus from Executive Chef Dan Page, thoughtfully composed to flatter the bottles you place at the centre of the table.<\/p>\n<p>Highlights from last year&#8217;s Paul\u00e9e-style BYOB spring dinner menu included rabbit &amp; mangalitsa terrine, spring greens, pickled walnut served with toasted brioche and stuffed cornfed chicken, saucisson, salt baked kohlrabi, cime di rapa with truffled pomme pur\u00e9e. Members can expect menus of equal calibre this year.<\/p>\n<p>As for what to bring? We\u2019ll leave that in your very capable hands. A treasured Pinot, a quietly confident Chardonnay &#8211; perhaps even a Magnum, if you\u2019re feeling generous (no corkage fee, of course).
